The suite at Spa Hotel Kiparis in Smolyan features a large bed, a work desk, satellite TV, and a seating area, creating a special atmosphere. the private bathroom is a nice touch. the location is quiet and marvelous, being close to the center of Smolyan, the old town, and a bus station.

Pleasant hotel, new-fashioned rooms, the staff were AMIABLE. In general the service was very good. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was free. It was in a central setting close to everything. Bulgarian cuisine was served in the in-house restaurant.

Well-run place, I really enjoyed very friendly personnel.

Everything was brand-new. Great staff. Good views over the mountain. This hotel had a central position right to the new center of the town. It's close enough to Bulgarian mountains as well as the restaurant. Bulgarian cuisine was served in the in-house restaurant.

A really good experience! We stayed here during the kids' mid-term break and it was awesome. the location was fantastic, close to a cool medieval cathedral 🏰.

The breakfast was mind-blowing, and the friendly staff made us feel super welcome. Our room was always tidy and got cleaned again the next day. The quiet and central location was jaw-dropping, with enough parking spots available. The on-site pool, spa, and massage options were a pleasant surprise.

It had many good restaurants nearby, and was right in the center of town. We could easily get to the mountain, and enjoyed the beautiful Bulgarian mountains. the room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom. Service was excellent. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. the swimming pool, sauna and steam room were free to use, and perfect for relaxation. the view from the pool was also magnificent.

The noise from other guests in nearby rooms and the halls can be heard and disrupts sleep.

Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Amazing dinner at the restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money.
